Instructions are clear and sent via text to me. There is a code to enter the building and then another to retrieve the keys. The apartment itself is huge with so much space, 3 large bedrooms and big bathrooms. The kitchen is enormous and very well equipped. Everything is very clean. Location is great with everything within walking distance. It was 2 of us, but the apartment can host many more people comfortably.
We were unlucky to be in Antwerp during a heat wave, the apartment has large windows and a few fans but we really suffered the heat. I know there is a plan to install aircon, which would be a huge plus.

Excellent apartment to enjoy Antwerp! Super clean, superb location, great attention to detail, and exquisite decor. We did not use the kitchen, but it has everything one could need. It truly feels like home. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Antwerp in the future.
One of the best places, if not the best, that I have ever booked on Booking.com.
Not something we disliked, but just to inform future guests: there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment. It was perfectly fine for us, but it is good to know if you are traveling with children or heavy luggage.

Super location, amenities and stylish interior. In the heart of Antwerpen.
It was not obvious that the wine left on the table was NOT complimentary. I suggest, for transparency, you add a note with the wine to explain that it will be added to the bill + the cost. Not a major issue, just a blip on an otherwise super stay.

Sofa bed was broken had to put mattress on floor mattress was very stained some towels were very worn also inside of kettle was full of mound had stayed in April and th standard good but not this time
