Location of apartment is very good (nice beach, good point to start a trip to visit another places).
Apartment should be refreshed.
There is no additional facilities at all. Completely lack of kitchen equipment. Even no kettle, no glass for wine, no drainer, np salt, etc.
Keys for apartment were in tourist agency, which was not easy to find. It should be described in message, or google pin should be sent.
The air condition was very, very loud. In fact it was useless, it sounded like a tractor.
In the shower cabine there were a lot of mold and dirt on joints and on silicone.
