The owners were very kind and helpful. The apartment was beautifully renovated and furnished. It was clearly done with love, not just for economic gain. Lovely little garden just outside the door.

The host is very kind and helpful, the check-in and check-out is easy and quick. The premises are clean and cosy, nicely furnished and very stylish, real pleasure to stay there. We spent at the Perfect place 5 nights and could say it is a very quite and calm place though it’s located only few steps away from the main pedestrian street Via Cavour and some of the main sights such as Mausoleu di Galla Placidia, Domus deli Tappeti di pietra, Basilika di San Vitale, etc. The neighbourhood is very pleasant and safe, there are nice bars and restaurants.
The access from the Ravenna FS is by bus line 70 in 10-15 minute, the same bus runs also directly to the seaside.
I would stay again at the Perfect place with great pleasure and strongly recommend the property to future guests!

The location was ideally located along the main street not too far from the centre of Ravenna where all the sites could be easily reached by foot. The location had a pleasant courtyard where we enjoyed having our lunch just sitting in the warmth of the sunshine.

La vicinanza al centro storico e la tranquillità e l’empatia e disponibilità di Giorgio
Nulla, però ci sentiamo di dare un consiglio per migliorare la struttura, nel delizioso bovindo al posto della comoda poltrona ne metterei due un po’ più piccole in modo tale che se gli ospiti sono una coppia non se la devono giocare a pari e dispari.
