A great location and quiet, but I did not research the area Ksamil enough so did not realise how it is a tourist hotspot so it was very busy and there were no usable public beaches until late afternoon. Regarding the 'villa' (not as described, as it was not a private villa as expected) the rooms were exactly as expected and clean tidy and large - the 3-bed rooms were plenty big enough. Shower strength was great and having fridges was useful. Each room had aircon.
We booked the Superior Villa for a maximum of 10 adults over 4 bedrooms, although there were only 6 of us (we needed the 4 rooms). The accommodation consisted of 4 separate rooms each with its own facilities - 2 had kitchenettes with a single hot plate (not even a microwave). There was no communal area for relaxing - not even a place for us to eat together.
The description stated it was a private entrance - it was not, it was shared with 4 other rooms on another floor, so even the area between our 4 rooms (a square hallway/corridor) was not private, although we had it to ourselves because we had all 4 rooms.
In summary, it was not as described and if all you do is sleep there, it is very good, but it was not suitable for family groups who want some place to relax and eat together.

Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání!!! Vše bylo perfektní a nemělo chybu! Pan hostitel byl moc milý a nápomocný, poradil krásná skrytá místa kam si zajet. Každé 3 dny měnil ručníky, uklidil. Z terasy je krásný výhled na moře. Apartmán je prostorný, na terase je venkovní posezení. Nic nechybí. Ubytování v docházkové vzdálenosti od moře. V zahradě u apartmánu jsou zasazeny aromatické rostliny, které každý večer nádherně voní!
Ubytování je situované na kopci, ostatně jako každý jiný hotel v Ksamilu. Kuchyň je jen velmi spoře vybavena.

So close to everything! Villa is gorgeous with beautiful views ❤️.. Jeti is amazing can't do enough for you and is so helpful . 100 percent would stay here again when we come back.
