Love the location and the overall look and design of the apartments
We have stayed many times in Aqua over the past few years and this time was the first time that we felt the apartment was looking tired. I have always recommended Aqua to friends and family but this time I would say there are some upgrades needed. The showers were not as clean as they would previously have been, the towels were small and of poor quality. We had to request an ironing board due to the fact that the one in our apartment was broken and we were not able to open the dishwasher properly because the panel at the bottom of it was stopping it from opening. Staff were always very helpful and we will stay again as we visit San Pedro often, however I think that some love and attention needs to be paid to this particular apartment.

Size and location.
Too many messages from the operators. We had a two day stay. Checked in and within 23hrs for so many messages about arrangements to leave.

The apartment itself was nice and the staff were brilliant however there were many negatives which outweighed the positives.
The swimming pool area is dirty. There is man sat there all day. He could go round sweeping up fag ends and just making the area cleaner. The pool itself wasn’t the cleanest and needs a good clean. We noticed that teenagers were scaling the walls around the pool at 1am in the morning which would explain the untidiness of the pool the next day.
The reception to the apartment stunk or marijuana (weed) everyday which was unpleasant. We also found little bags on two occasions which contained drugs. The door was constantly propped open every night which was a security risk and which probably led to boys being in the reception area late at night. Security are not doing their job.
I would suggest that this rental be pulled from Block 3 which was where we were staying.
Also, about 5 months before I did ask for a pool view. We didn’t get it and our family was split between two blocks.
We enjoyed the holiday and the staff were great but we felt it was very over priced given all the negatives. We have been coming to San Pedro for 16 years. This is unfortunately the worst holiday due to all the above
