Luke on reception was excellent organising extra bath towels and water for the room.
Breakfast could be improved with eggs / omelettes to order direct from the kitchen.

In the town centre, nice secure hotel. Friendly staff great amenities, two bars, gym & good security. Regular house keeping, shower gel, shampoo etc. we had a lovely stay. I do have one small issue & really don’t want to even mention it….nothing can be perfect but I do wish the toilet was cleaned better before our arrival….this is the only grip could have been better & a couple of milk capsules I think was off but apart from this, great stay, nice staff (this is important!) and thank you

Stayed a few times.perfect for central location.
Unfortunately our room wasn’t serviced , but when told they supplied us with clean towels and coffee etc. This time it felt like the bed was on its last days , have had better. Every movement was felt .
