The Place Is an absolute gem. Unfortunately we stayed here only one day as we were passing through Umbria.
Food Is incredibly good and everything is grown and produced in the house.

People were nice and facilities were ok except rooms : rooms where too warm
* no airco
* no fans
* no muskito protection (not even one window)
And contrarily to the claim of owners, we had several moskitos in room. You could not open any window to refresh. We came to italy more than 15 times, this is 40th B&B in Italy. Very nice location but disastrous to sleep there. At least in summer.
Also no fridge in room.
