A fantastic location with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.
Only a little niggle but the constantly running tap in the kitchen sink was a little annoying especially to the occupant of the upstairs bedroom.

Clean modern very quiet close to good walking, pubs coop etc
Nothing Hot water tap in the kitchen doesn’t work but not a problem as we just boiled a kettle for washing up. Couple of hooks in the bathroom would be good

The property is at least a 10 minute walk into Flamborough, the living area is very small and all heating is underfloor which does not get very warm we sat with jumpers and thick socks most evenings. The microwave and oven had not been cleaned and the upstairs bedroom was for children at best!
