This elegant 18th century house with 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (5 of them en-suite) is located between Saint Rémy de Provence and Saint Andiol, 25 minutes from Avignon (20km) and the Lubéron, less than 45 minutes away from Arles or Aix en Provence or the Marseille airport, ideally located to explore the great sites and festivals of Provence.
This beautiful house was remodeled by the famous Bosc architect using the finest materials and finishes, while retaining the original details and character. The house has graceful volumes and proportions with nice ceiling heights and original moldings and fireplaces. Other unique features include the stone staircase, parquet floors and tiles. Each room in the house has been furnished with a fashionable mix of antique and contemporary pieces. All is carefully maintained.
The country kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful faience (ceramic) dinnerware. Every bathroom has been modernized and refurbished with luxurious Horus fixtures. The library has been custom built. There is central air conditioning in every bedroom.
This exceptional house faces full south with nice views to the Alpilles from several bedrooms. There is a pleasant terrace for al fresco dining, a swimming pool (heated when appropriate) and a tennis court. The large garden (3 hectares) provides complete privacy for your stay and is filled with mature trees and plants that flower throughout the year.
Saint Rémy de Provence is a delightful Provencal village with a friendly community and vibrant local life. It is under 10 minutes by car.
Saint Andiol is two minutes away and has all the commodities.
This nine-bedroom house can comfortably sleep up to 18 people.
Best rates available for stays of minimum one week Saturday to Saturday in July and August, otherwise for Sunday to Sunday stays.

We were 10 1 child. We loved the house and especially the pool as it was very warm during our stay. We had many wonderful cooks in our group and the large kitchen served us well. The rooms were comfortable and the A/C worked well. Overall the house and grounds were lovely. Be aware of very steep stairs to upper floors. I highly recommend this charming villa.

Large family with wide age ranges and a variety of interests. Both the house and property were spacious and fully equipped allowing us to spread out and pursue various interests and conversations. Our large group of opinionated adult children unanimously loved this house!

We had the most magical week in the most magical home. The kids enjoyed the property including the pool and tennis court. The location is perfectly situated being 15 min from St Remy and 40 min to Avignon or Arles. Can’t recommend this house enough! Thank you to our amazing hosts.

We booked this house for our father's 80th birthday celebration. We were not disappointed. The house was truly wonderful. A real gem! It easily absorbed all 17 family members in real comfort. The kitchen is a lovely size and is well equipped. The rest of the house was very well furnished, spacious and had a very homely feel.
The outdoor areas were fantastic and very private. The nine children (and all adults) were entertained all day with a combination of swimming, tennis, croquet, climbing frame, pétanque and generally roaming the very large grounds.
The hosts were also wonderful and answered all queries promptly. A huge thank you for a truly memorable holiday. When can we come back!?
