the place was very clean, equipped very will, have a nice bacony and situated in a quite neighborhood.
it was little bit far from the city centre and needed a walk of about 12 minutes to reach it including about 60 stairs that you need to pass. but it is not problem if you love to walk and if you prefer quite place.

Schönes Apartment mit toller Terrasse und Ausblick. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sogar einer Waschmaschine. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist herrlich, ab mittags bis abends hat man Sonne. Es ist wunderbar gelegen, abseits vom Trubel, etwas erhöht mit Sicht auf die Berge. Es verfügt über kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten (sehr wichtig in Santa Margherita), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strände, etc. sind fußläufig. Sehr netter Vermieter.
Die Wohnung ist minimal feucht, was einfach an der etwas älteren Bausubstanz und dem Klima liegt. Es hat unseren Aufenthalt in keinster Weise negativ beeinflusst, ist jedoch einfach eine Gegebenheit.

Wir waren außerhalb der Saison da, und da war es sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick sehr schön. Der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse war sehr entspannend.
