About this apartment rental
The comfortably furnished 3-room apartment is located only 500m walk from the train station and the city center. Ideal for a city break in the beautiful Baroque city, as all attractions are within walking distance or as a base for exploring the Rhön. After extensive modernization measures, the apartment was completed in 2019 and refurbished. Here, emphasis was placed on a tasteful and high quality furnishings. Highlights include the modern bathroom with walk-in shower and the Schüller luxury kitchen with brand appliances from Siemens and AEG. In the kitchen you will find plenty of dishes and cooking utensils as well as a basic set of spices.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung im EG an einer sehr befahrenen Straße. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Straßenlärm kaum zu hören. In der Wohnung große Stufe zum Bad und zweiten Schlafzimmer. Von der Küche führen mehrere Stufen ohne Geländer in den schönen Garten. Ungepflegte und kaputte Gartenmöbel sowie der Straßenlärm haben den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt.

Die Wohnung ist Zentral gelegen. Innenstadt und ein Einkaufszentrum sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Allerdings ist eine Vielbefahrene Straße in der Nähe, die bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht stört. Ein Parkplatz gehört zwar nicht zur Wohnung in der Nähe sind aber immer welche frei.

Wir haben spontan eine Unterkunft für unsere Mitarbeiterinnen suchen müssen und sind auf diese hübsche Ferienwohnung gestoßen. Die Buchung war unkompliziert, die Eigentümerin war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. In der Wohnung befindet sich alles, was man zum täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Diese Wohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Beim nächsten Mal gern wieder......
