Studio avec vue magnifique sur la mer, emplacement prisé dans le centre de Cabourg, mais mal équipé (literie inconfortable notamment) Idéal pour un court séjour

Vue époustouflante sur la mer et la plage pour ce bel appartement récemment et joliment rénové , très bien équipé, situé au bord de la plage dans une copropriété très bien entretenue , calme et sécurisée . La place de parking privative en sous-sol est appréciable ! Nous avons bien envie de le louer à nouveau et l'avons même conseillé à des proches .

Appartement idéalement situé par rapport à la plage et au centre ville. Vue imprenable sur mer très agréable. Des travaux de réfection sont à envisager au niveau du balcon ...

L'appartement manque d'entretien et donc se dégrade. Ce qui reste inchangée et précieux c'est sa situation avec vue sur la mer. Dommage que la baie vitrée soit devenue terne et le balcon très abîmé. A souligner également le tarif trop élevé d'internet et la cafetière de secours toujours en service (trop petite et trop lente).
