Located a 5km drive to Houlgate beach, you can easily enjoy the sandy shores near our cozy studio in Auberville!
Our cozy STUDIO features a Double Sofa bed. Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €16/kit. After exploring the beaches of Houlgate, curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on our TV with TNT. If you want to connect with loved ones back home, low-speed Wi-Fi is available for free in the unit. Premium Wi-Fi is available for €3/day, €5/2 days, or €15/week. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or terrace and enjoy the fresh air!
In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a kettle. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.
Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM with a bath or a shower. Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €12/kit.

If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with outdoor parking available on-site. If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €46/week or €10/day (1 pet/apartment max). Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning (excluding dishes and kitchen area) will be provided for €35 to €55.

Très bon séjour
Résidence très bien située pour découvrir la côte normande
Petit bémol l’annonce dit que les draps et le linge de toilette sont fournis et le ménage inclus ça n’a pas été le cas pour nous
Rien dans le studio .annonce à revoir peut être.

Deux appartements disponibles à la réservation. Nous essayons le 2 pièces avec chambres. Nous sommes 2. Impossible de réserver. Nous nous rabattons vers le studio, Ok. Mais quand on demande la taille du lit, on nous répond un 160x200 ET un clic clac! Nos n'avons eu qu'un clic clac en 140x200 mais confortable.
