The plane was late, we called the manager to tell him that we would be late, he didn't answer, when we arrived he charged us 30 euros for the delay. That's really not right.

The location is lovely and the view from Lycabettus hill is breathtaking.
I had to wait a long time (3 hours) to pick up the keys.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Spacious apartment.
'Thin' windows meant that the street noise was a little intrusive. Although my stay was last minute, it felt that the apartment needed to be better prepared. Duvets were not out and did not have covers. Bathroom required a little bit better cleaning. Some chairs and other furniture required repair/replacement. Lighting in living area was a little oppressive.
