Such a gem! Fabulous location on the very edge of town but within easy walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. Beautiful hosts who are following the family tradition and provide loads of current information and tips (eg I needed a doctor for an injury). Spotlessly clean and nicely renovated apartment that has all you need including super comfy bed/s and a lovely courtyard.
And the view!!
For skiers - boot drying room and ski storage and when there’s snow it’s ski in, ski out. Skiwelt itself is huge and links through to Kitzbühl.

Ubytování bylo moc pěkné, čísté a moderně zařízené. Majitelka byla velmi milá, vždy usměvavá a ochotná. V ceně ubytování infra sauna a pěkně zařízený gym, včetně stolního tenisu. Dojezd na sjezdovky zn. ideál.

- Very kind host!
- The room was very clean.
- Ski shoe drying possibilities in the basement.
- !A! 'Kinderland' from a local ski school is literally across the street.
- Beginner slopes are a short walking distance away.
- Billa supermarket is about 5 minutes walk.
The couch-bed was not my favorite but the normal bed(s) were good according my companions. :-)
