La posizione straordinaria, immersa nella natura

Ruhige Lage, großer Pool, sehr viel Platz in den Ferienwohnungen, sehr schön und stilvoll renoviertes Toskana-Landhaus, gute Ausstattung, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, kurze Wege zu Supermarkt & Co.

Es gab ein paar kleinere technische Probleme (Herd), die wurden vom Gastgeber aber schnell beseitigt. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was adequate. The beds were adequate. The location was in a very quiet area. The cleaning staff came once a week to clean and change linens, towels etc. The swimming pool was a plus.

The actual owner only communicated through Booking or Whatsapp messages. The owner never showed up at the property. The maintenance and daily contact for anything was through a gentleman named Giovanni. Giovanni's help was invaluable. He was able to answer all of our questions and give us invaluable advice. Thank you Giovanni. The TV was not connected to anything (cable or satellite or DTV). Had to search for a cable in the cabinet to connect the TV and then we were not able to watch local (RAI) tv channels. The internet service was very spotty and intermittent. No hooks in the bathroom to hang all of the large towels after a shower. No instructions on how to use an induction stove top. If you have never used one before it becomes difficult. No bowls in the kitchen to use to mix a large salad or to contain fruit. No list suggesting restaurants or pasticceria in the area.
