We had a great stay here! You need to let the host know your time of arrival and they will meet you at the door. The room was very cosy and spacious and had everything we needed! The location was also great - walkable from the train station and to the lake.
The room we stayed in had incredibly thin walls and we could hear the whole conversation from our neighbours which started at 6am - we were already awake so not a huge bother, just be aware your conversations can likely be heard by your neighbours :-)

The location is great - walkable to everything in Como, including the train station and ferries. It was nice having an apartment with a shower and kitchenette. Some coffee and tea were complimentary and included in our unit. The bed was comfortable and the floor fan was a nice bonus! Beatrice was great - very friendly and helpful. She gave us her direct number to message with any issues or questions. We were allowed to leave our bags inside the unit on our check out day and didn’t have to pay to store them elsewhere. Tip - if walking from the train station, do NOT haul your bags down the giant set of stairs outside the train station, rather take the sidewalk around the side, that serves as a long ramp to get your bags from and to the station.
The check in process was not clear from our booking. I would ask for Beatrice’s number prior to arrival so you can message her directly with your arrival time. She meets you at the entrance and lets you into the unit. This is a group of standalone apartments - there is no central front desk. Beatrice is available from 3 - 7 pm daily via phone or What’s App.

Fantastic location7 mins from San Giovanni station, 3 minutes from good bars & restaurants & 5 minutes from the lake. The room was delightfully furnished with a good sized bathroom. Beatrice was a lovely woman. She met us on our late arrival. She was very helpful throughout our stay for any questions or information see needed.
No signage outside the property. We would have appreciated better pillows.

No microwave , no toaster, no housekeeping in 3 days period of stay , two very small bottles of bath gel for a couple for 3 days , no soap holder in shower area , chipped tea kettle and chipped glass in bathroom, only one set of towels given for 3 days , size of delux apartment very small , balcony so small that unusable
