Very clean. Easy to check in. Comfortable bed. Plenty of cupboard space for clothes. Towels and bins changed daily.
Booked an apartment and got given a studio (didn't notice until we were going to sleep on our last night!). Wifi not working. No coffee machine. No hairdryer. Cramped space in kitchen. Had to move the oven out to be able plug the kettle in. No sharp knives (hard to chop onion with a butter knife). Very noisy dog at the back. Nothing open in Vatera, but that's our fault for not checking when season starts there.
