This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment. Good location close to transit connections, restaurants and other businesses. Modern amenities but an old world feel. Very quiet building. Parking was close by and secure.
The man who met us to give us keys and show us the apartment was rude and rushed. Before we got all the clarification we needed, he was gone. He watched us struggle with luggage up to the 4th floor without taking a bag to help us. To us, this is a universal standard of decent behaviour.
There is a bar restaurant across the back courtyard that was a bit noisy some nights. This might be off putting to some.
