De locatie was perfect, 5 minuten lopen van de skie verhuur en de piste!
Het appartement was schoon en medewerkers zeer aardig. Parkeren voor de deur.
Appartement bleek 1 slaapkamer met 3 slaapplekken te hebben en een opklapbed in de woonkamer terwijl in de beschrijving stond 2 slaapkamers. Het opklapbed staat ongeveer in de keuken, heel onpraktisch en ongezellig.
Bed in de slaapkamer had in het matras een flink kuil.
Leuke speelruimte, maar voor alles moet betaald worden (darten, tafelvoetbal)

The apartment itself is reasonably modern with bunk beds, a shared living area, kitchen, and basic amenities like towels. Location is acceptable.
The biggest problem is the complete lack of professional service.
There is no staff onsite, and guests must walk around 30 minutes to another location to collect keys, which is very inconvenient after arrival.
When I reported that the Wi-Fi (as they advertised) wasn’t working, the staff member on the phone was dismissive and acted like helping was a burden. Instead of solving the issue, she told me to call again the next day to remind her to contact a technician lol.
After I followed up, she repeatedly avoided fixing the problem and eventually admitted she did not want to arrange the repair.
This level of service is unacceptable for any accommodation. The apartment itself might be fine, but the management appears unwilling to resolve even basic problems during a guest’s stay.
