It was a pleasure to stay at the Palace hotel. The rooms are clean & airy, the staff friendly & knowledgable. The food was good.
I am staying away for work, but it was a pleasant enviroment & staff took the time yo make me feel welcome.

Lovely hotel. Wonderful helpful staff. Only downside was the pool was closed due to a broken pump
Which happens but a heads up would've been appreciated. There wasnt a sign to say it was closed until 2 days later when I checked out. Only booked the hotel due to the pool so was a little disappointed

No heating or hot water, the bed was not comfortable and the extractor fan in the bathroom sounded like a generator. Staff didn’t really care when I said I was going to complain .
