The hotel was perfectly fine - clean and relatively quiet. Breakfast had a good range of options. It was quite busy but well stocked and easy to find a table.
The bed was a little on the firm side and whilst I didn't expect a change of towels or bedlinen, I was surprised the bedroom wasn't made up during the 2 night stay. Fortunately I'd brought my own tea bags so I was fine!

Good location for customer. Most of the staff were friendly. The room was clean and well prepared.
The member of staff who was covering the desk and bar in the evening was not always available. I was stood for quite a while just waiting to pay for a drink I had already had and one I wanted.
I accept that the room doesn’t need a full clean everyday and certainly doesn’t need new sheets and towels but just having the bed remade, dirty glasses removed and coffee’s refilled would have been a nice touch.

Breakfast and location
Check in was terrible. Arrived at midnight and spent 30min waiting and there was only one client in front of me. Experienced staff just left the hotel during that time and whole hotel was left to one new hotel staff! Breakfast was great, but full seating area, hard to find a place to sit.
