Atrašanās vieta netālu no nelielas pilsētiņas pie šēras upes, ērta nokļūšana ar automašīnu līdz daudzām Luāras ielejas apskates vietām. Telpas plašas, labi aprīkotas, ar daudziem vizuāliem objektiem. Apgaismojums labs, plaša atpūtas zona, pietiekama vieta apģērba un citu ceļojuma piedrumu izvietošanai. Saimniece ļoti laipna un atsaucīga, vienmēr pieejama. Brokastis kontinentāla stila, ar mājās gatavotu ievārījumu. Ērta autostāvvieta mājas pagalmā.
Dažreiz komunikācija ar saimnieci nebija viegla valodas barjeras dēļ (garākām sarunām lietojot angļu valodu tika izmantota telefona aplikācija). Diemžēl TV pults nestrādāja, tādēl TV neizmantojām.
