The studio was spacious and well equipped, with a kitchen, wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers, and a small balcony. Although the view wasn’t special, it was pleasant to sit outside. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an ice machine, and the bathroom was clean and roomy. Communication about collecting the keys was clear and straightforward. The location was convenient too, with a supermarket and café opposite, and both Marjan Hill and the city centre within easy walking distance.
The main drawback was the bed. The mattress sagged in the middle, causing both of us to roll towards the centre and sleep poorly. Because of that, we wouldn’t return unless the mattress was replaced. Otherwise, it’s a good option for heavy sleepers who don’t mind sharing a soft bed.

Beautiful, bright apartment with everything you need and more.
The location is perfect – just a short walk to the city center and a supermarket right across the street. Everything was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The apartment was great. It’s 15 min walk from the city center and from the central bus station where the bus from Split airport arrives. There’s fully equipped kitchen (including spices, coffee and tea). Contact with Ivana who’s the owner was also great. On the opposite side of the street there is a supermarket and 2 min away there’s a bakery. I’d highly recommend this place!
