About this house rental
Small house made in old dalmatian style, away from urban area. Every detail is a story to it self. It is 50 meters from the beach. There is a terrace behind the house with the view to a sea and surrounding islands (swinging sunbed & bar available there). Large inside fireplace allows grilling & other kind of food preparation (kitchen available as well). It's got two bedrooms, bathroom, outside table and outside shower. Outdoor private swimmingpool is behind the house just for your use with maximum privacy...

Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus im November gebucht, um den Touristenstenströmen zu entkommen.
Es ist eigentlich nur für den Sommer geeignet, da es gut durchlüftet ist und nur Sonnenenergie nutzt.
Unser Urlaub war ziemlich abenteuerlich, da es meist Regen, Sturm und Überschwemmungen gab.
Unser Vermieter bot uns ein Appartement in Trogir als warme und komfortable Alternative an, aber wir lehnten ab,
da wir ja in einem Haus auf der Insel wohnen wollten, allein und mit phantastischem Blick auf die Küste und die umliegenden Inseln.
Also haben wir es uns abends mit Benzingenerator, Gasheizung und Kaminfeuer gemütlich gemacht und waren tagsüber
in der Umgebung unterwegs.Unser Vermieter hat sich oft nach
unserem Befinden erkundigt,unsere Wäsche gewaschen, Benzin für den Generator gebracht und einen
Abend für uns gekocht.Danke Zeljko für deine Mühe.
Unsere Tips für Herbstmieter:
Als Mietauto unbedingt einen SUV nehmen.
Das Haus ist nicht für Urlauber geeignet, die es komfortabel brauchen.
Fazit:
Wir haben unsere Zweisamkeit in der Inselidylle und die Ausflüge zu den schönen alten Städten und
Naturschönheiten Kroatiens sehr genossen.

This little house was just a short walk to a nearly secluded beach. During the summer, there is a restaurant next door. The owner had someone meet us to lead us to the house...it is that remote. The owner came by a short time later and brought fresh food because he was told we were hungry and it was late. It was very rustic but it had everything we needed.

We very much enjoyed the house and its outside grounds, including the nice swimming pool. Best was the swinging bench with its wonderful view over the sea! It only takes some minutes to reach the beach - you have it almost for yourself in the mornings and evenings and also during the day only few tourists find the hidden place. The water is very clear and invites to a swim. Zeljko is a very friendly host who does all he can to make the stay for his guests as comfortable as possible. We can highly recommend the house and the landscape!
