Very clean room and washroom. Very big amd spacious room. Bed was comfortable and big enough for 2 people. The breakfast had many options from croissant to cakes to eggs to bread, juice, coffee and fruits. Overall it was a great stay at Certosa. The area is amazing too close to many eating joints and shopping area. Great choice to stay at Naples. Also Antonio is very quick to help you with all questions on whatsapp.

Checking in was easy. Everything was explained in detail and questions were answered perfectly. House keeping was excellent and breakfast was as expected. In fact, for the money we spent it was actually better than expected. Staff is always friendly and always ready to help.
Maybe an additional chair that is comfortable. Sometimes the Wifi didn't work afer 10pm and at times, the air conditioner was very loud at night so it was either hard to fall asleep or wehn you fell asleep you'd wake up due to the noise in the middle of the night.
