The house sits at the top of the village offering a stunning view and is surrounded by nature even though it is within the residential area. It was in excellent condition, quiet, very clean and fully equipped. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. When we reported a problem with the bedroom air-con, they took immediate action and fixed it next morning. It is actually the hosts' main residence over the winter but their personal belongings are discretly tucked away so that you don't get the feeling that you're staying in someone else's house. It is also within a comfortable walking distance to the sea front with all the restaurants, so no need to drive and worry about parking. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay in a gorgeous spot in the village and I would highly recommend it especially for families.
There was nothing we didn't like, the house was perfect. If I were to make a suggestion however, that would be to install an air-con in the second bedroom. It does currently have a large ceiling fan that does the job (so do the other rooms), but I suspect it may not suffice during a heat wave which we were lucky to escape. That said, I don't mean this as a negative - just a suggestion.

The appartment is well equiped and a quite place for holiday with an amazing view! A huge balkony with very friendly and kind hosts. We highly recommend it.

The house is located in a very beautiful and quiet area, on the edge of the village, elevated and with a far-reaching view over the village and the sea. The neighbourhood is quiet, adjacent is an olive grove. The village can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, the neighbouring town in 10 minutes by car. Both the village and the town have traffic-free zones, ideal for shopping or eating outside. From the accommodation you can make excursions to wonderful places all over the peninsula. The owners are very friendly and helpful, we had a nice barbecue evening with them. Everything is just perfect here, the rooms, the equipment, the comfort. You feel as you were at home. This place is our absolute recommendation!
There are no negative aspects and nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful stay at View House (Agria) for 3 nights during Easter. The owners were very friendly and responded to all our questions and needs. The house was very nice, spacious, very well organized with a terrific view of the village and sea and super clean! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will visit again in the next year and definitely recommend it to anybody travelling to Agria/Volos for all seasons to enjoy the sea and the mountain.
