Clean and lovely decor, had everything you could possibly need and great location. Also fantastic value for money especially as festival weekend. June and George were also extremely lovely and helpful before, after and during our stay. Would come again.

The location was perfect for everything we'd had planned for the days, there wasn't a breakfast but there were some refreshments provided I.e tea coffee, biscuits and water. We got our damage deposit back the same day also. Lovely and quiet the bed was so comfortable. There was a lot of wildlife around like bunnies lots of crows and sea gulls. The gate goes on to a great scenic walk to the beach the animal sanctuary was very near.
Couldn't fault anything everything was so clean and tidy living room lamp didn't work though unsure werher it was a new bulb it needed or fuse I don't know but didn't effect our stay

It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, bed was comfortable with good quality bedding.
The water heater could be better, getting hot water in the bathroom sink was not good.
