Fantastic location. Family room has balcony overlooking the sea. It is not fancy but toom was spacious and housekeeping good.

Difficult to communicate with the property.

In the centre of Monterosso al Mare (new) right beside the sea and beach - and great family eateries everywhere. Train station very close but train enters a tunnel at back of property so no noise. Sound of sea beautiful. Short walk to divine ‘old’ area thru tunnel. Terrific little patio.

Leaving. We felt it was our home.

the rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable! the location is amazing. you can walk onto the beach in just a minute; you can also hear the beach from your room!!! staff is very friendly and sweet even though there’s a language barrier!! i’d love to stay here again one day!

floors were dirty in the room and sink was leaking from the pipe but other than that it was so great!

The location is the best!! Walking distance from train station and across from the beach with plenty of options to eat. The bathroom was. Rand new and everything in it was great- water pressure, heat and functional. Not noisy as other said. Also have brand new windows. ( room 5)

The property seems like it had some updates but lacks basics. The key system is pathetic. If you arrive at night it is so hard to lock the door as the lights are still not on. Towels were HORRIBLE. Old, scratchy and some even had stains and holes. The mattresses are painful and there is no night light so you either have a super strong light on or you are in the pitch dark. The cleaning lady was adorable. The lady who checked us in seems like she must be going through something rough and hates the world and her job. Steep stairs to get to the rooms.
