Amazing, beautiful location between vineyards and olive groves = 100% Tuscany. Nice view from pool area - pool itself was pretty big and comfortable. Our studio was well equipped, service was welcoming, responsive and helpful.
Toilet in our room was not working properly - we stayed on basement level, so there must have been some issue with dump pump. This was reported, host tried, but didn't manage to fix this - flushing was still an issue.
Pool was poorly maintained - there was a lot of dead insects and leaves in the water. I wouldn't mind doing it myself, but there was no pool skimmer.

Nice pool and bautiful view
We rented 3 apartments
One apartment smelled like goat. The bed made terribel noice and we had to sleep on madras on the floor and there was no Oven in the apartment
Another apartment had a broken hub and they informed us the day before arrival but did not fix and the bathroom smelled of sewer
Finally they dont allow you to have guest or animals but throughout our visit Two dogs were running around the tables when we were eating and last day the host had invited 12 people to eat drink and party by the pool even though their own regulations stated no food and no drink and no visitors
