La struttura è molto carina, e Giusi è una host eccezionale, sempre pronta ad ogni evenienza. La camera è finita con un arredo tipico, molto marittimo, e si ha l'impressione di soggiornare in casa da una zia molto premurosa. Si arriva a Le Grazie in 10' a piedi e Portovenere in 30', passeggiando lungo la strada. E' presente un parcheggio autorizzato dove poter lasciare la macchina senza problemi, una rarità in zona.
Purtroppo, nonostante la posizione, non c'è vista ed è accessibile solo da una scalinata non molto comoda, perché confina con la base militare e quindi ci si trova di fronte a un muro con filo spinato. Per chi è allergico agli animali si rileva la presenza di gatti, anche se non abbiamo avuto nessun problema di pulizia.

Alles wel eigenlijk. Alles was brandschoon, het ontbijt was top en de b en b was heel leuk ingericht. Giusi helpt je wegwijs te worden in de omgeving waardoor je verblijf nog aangenamer wordt
Het is even wat sjouwen met de koffers, maar als dat al niet meer lukt is dat een teken om vaker naar de sportschool te gaan.
