Casa en Primera Línea de Playa

Todo perfecto, en primerísima línea de mar, con sofás y mesa en la terraza para verlo. Terraza interior y casa en general bien acondicionada también. Repetiría sin duda!

Una casa con muchísimo encanto ❤️ Justo frente al mar, con restaurantes, comercios y el puerto a un paso. Un lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de la playa. Nos enamoró su esencia: una antigua casa de pescadores de la playa de Oliva, conservada con muchísimo cariño, cuidada al detalle y limpia, manteniendo ese encanto auténtico sin renunciar a la comodidad. Hasta nos hizo ilusión imaginar un poquito cómo era la vida allí (y hasta salimos a pescar justo enfrente! 😍🎣). La casa es muy amplia y tiene de todo: cocina súper equipada, barbacoa, tumbonas, patio interior… además de estar preparada para silla de ruedas, algo que valoramos muchísimo ❤️ Los colchones y sofás, comodísimos. Y un agradecimiento especial a la anfitriona por su amabilidad y atención en todo momento. Siempre pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Sin duda, un sitio al que volveríamos ✨

First of all, I want to thank Carmen for her hospitality. She welcomed us personally, showed us everything, explained everything, and even provided charcoal for the barbecue. Such a warm attitude 😍. When we were leaving, she told us, “Don’t rush, you can check out later,” and we really appreciated that. The location of the house is excellent — the beach is only 30 meters away. There is a playground for children on the beach, as well as volleyball nets, and the port is also very close. The house has everything you need — kitchen appliances, a barbecue, and everything for a comfortable отдых.

Also, the only small downside was that there was no sunshade/canopy in the inner courtyard.

The location of the house is great. Just in front of the beach, in a quiet area, it is very easy to find a park place. The sea air flows through the house you it is very fresh. The owner was very kind and brought a capsule coffee maker as we requested.

Apart from the great location, the house needs serious repairs and improvements. Most furniture and appliances are broken, it is difficult to find a working electric socket in some rooms, some lamps have dead or non-existing light bulbs. The owner should review the cleanliness of the house, we found a cockroach nest in a kitchen cabinet. The dining table is quite damaged/rotten so it is covered with a bed sheet, not even a table cloth. We stayed six days, but three of them we could not see the beach from the house because a caravan (camper) settled illegally just at the entrance. The owners should watch these actions and care about what they are renting.
