We absolutely loved our stay at the Artis. We had planned to stay in Rimini for a week, but stayed for six weeks as we didn’t want to leave the hotel! The hotel is in an excellent location, in the heart of everything. The rooms were immaculately clean, had big balconies, large bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The pool was very clean and a perfect temperature, and the welcome drinks and snacks were an added bonus. The warmth of the staff made our stay even better. Adriano on the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming and was always smiling. Marie-Teresa (Terry) also stood out as an exceptional member of staff and serviced our rooms beautifully. We have never seen such high standard with rooms, thank you!
