Die Lage ist unmittelbar am Stadtzentrum. Die Bikes konnten im Hausflur in einem kleinen Nebenraum abgestellt werden.
Das Appartment ist im obersten Stockwerk , daher sehr ruhig. Das Appartment ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß.
