Our group of eight had a wonderful stay at villa matanovi dvori. The pool was perfect. You can eat both outside and inside. We would definitely come back.

This property is awesome. We had 16 people and we stayed for six days. In one building, next to the pool, there were three bedrooms with double beds and separate bathrooms for each bedroom. There was, also, a bathroom downstairs. It was like a "pool" house where people could come in and out and use the pool. This was a smaller kitchen area, but we used it for our main eating area for the six days we were there. In the other building, the owner lived in one apartment. Next to him was a second apartment with its own kichen and living room, and two bedrooms with one bathroom for both of those bedrooms. Upstairs the largest apartment had a big kitchen with a balcony area, large living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Again, it was the largest, but with the other house next to the pool we just used that house for our meals.
We did use the washer for clothes and there was a drying rack for drying.
The property was 5 minutes away from the airport and five minutes away from a beach. It was, also, 25 minutes from Dubrovnik. Ubers/taxis were very easy to contact. The owner was an excellent host The private swimming pool was a big plus for us to do something in the morning and come home and swim, or swim after going out for supper. The outdoor facilities were superb. and could fix supper and breakfast and could eat outside. People could visit, eat, and just relax in a group situation. The host tended to our every need and contacted us to make sure that we had what we needed. There were restaurants and wineries in close proximity. Also, a supermarket was close by, right next to the airport. I can’t praise this property enough.
We didn’t know that we needed to buy toilet paper and body soap But this was no big deal and the supermarket was very close by - near the airport. There were NO other problems, and this wasn't even a problem.

We had an amazing time at the villa. Our group of 12 people had plenty of space here. Pool and bbq area were huge. The smell of fig and olive trees in the garden were like a dream. Best wishes to Miho, he is such a lovely man.

The location was perfect. Close to airport and Cavtat and only 25 mins away from Dubrovnik.
The villas were clean and well equipped.
