We were able to check in early and drop our bags and enjoy the day in Carlisle without worry, Caron was lovely and helpful. The house is lovely, room sufficiently spacious, quiet neighborhood about 1/2 mile from the train and downtown. Breakfast was excellent.

Wonderful hospitality from the owner. Nothing too much trouble.
Everything/everywhere spotless. Great breakfasts in lovely breakfast room. Bedroom comfortable & warm. Tea tray with biscuits most welcome. 5 minutes walk to very good pub for evening meal. Very handy for city centre
Limited parking on site but parking discs available from .owner for on street parking.
Stairs to top floor bedrooms might be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Check with owner for ground/1st floor rooms.

Lovely owner, very chatty and friendly. Great breakfast. Beautiful old building, with lovely furnishing. Good location for Carlisle, just a short walk into the centre. Room was comfortable and clean. Parking voucher provided.
