Lipsi is a wonderful island and Villakia Katerina is a perfect place to enjoy Lipsi. All new, clean, nicely rinovated, Two large rooms, a nice living room with kitchen and a wonderful patio where to eat and relax. The garden is very, very nice with a lot of different plants. We loved the jasmine and its scent! The place is at walking distance from the village and it allows to fully deep dive in Lipsi relaxing countryside atmosphere.

L’alloggio e’ molto funzionale e ben arredato, la loggia che guarda verso il paese e il mare è fantastica! Si gode il panorama e il tramonto.
Il letto matrimoniale è piuttosto piccolo, ma soprattutto il materasso è molto scomodo.

Location in quiet and peaceful setting with exception of goats with bells grazing.
No coffee, sugar very limited cooking utentils. no pickup at the port to help me check in. shower unit with multiple facets was not operating. just shampoos and no body soap no buckets to wash clothes in.

Attractive building, comfortable, very clean, lovely views, beautiful garden.
The WiFi was not working and couldn’t be fixed when we were there.
The description should be a little clearer regarding distance from port.
