We rented 3 apartments with a group of colleagues for attending an exhibition at the messe which is just 10' drive. It is a very nice, comfortable and clean apartment. Free parking right outside for 2 cars. It was very cosy and we had a relatively nice stay.
The apartment on the 1st level has a very special architectural design. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. To access the second bedroom, you have to walk through the bathroom... Thankfully there is a curtain in front of the toilet...
The top level apartment also has a very special architectural design. It also has 2 bedrooms. But the bathroom is only accessible though only one of the bedrooms....
The heating is central and can't be adjusted.

Nice apartments. We lived at the attic floor consisting of 2 levels with ladder. Not for children and aged people, but for us it was funny.

Household is very nice, although we did not have chance to meet each other.
Our Appartement is in the 3nd Fl. which is not easy for carrying big luggage and it should be very hot in summer. The kitchen is in the Flur, very small and its actually not for someone who want ‘cooking’. It’s a little Noisy coz it’s near the airport. The things in the apt looks very cheap. Specially when we just stayed in a perfect apartment in Bayreuth.
