The property was in a great location in Sant’Agnello. Up a hill, but you can’t avoid that in the area. Everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms spacious. Plus a lovely patio area for breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing. It was set with homemade jams and marmalades. Susy was amazing and we stay in touch well after our vacation. The place is immaculate. Strong AC for summer visits. This place is super family friendly and easy going. Susy speaks English and we got to know Napolitan hospitality first hand. She's grown up around here and her parents live in Capri so her advice is sound. She pent 45 minutes upon check in giving us the rundown on maps with favorite places to eat and see. Book this place without hesitation but understand you need to walk a bit to get to the busy touristy places and it is a slight uphill.
Nothing. This is a perfect place to get away from the craziness of Positano and make as a home base. It's a little far from the Amalfi coast as there are no trains to get there. You need a car, take a bus, or scooter for 30 minutes or more. That said the train stating is a 10 min walk and 1 stop from Sorrento. Or walk 15 minutes and take a bus that costs minimal and gets you there in 10 minutes or so. She has a place for a car if you need to park. If going to Capri. Stay here. Take a ferry. Then take a prebooked boat tour. Get off the tour and get a taxi to the top that will save you loads of headaches and lines in the summer.

The rooms were big, clean, and nicely decorated. Beds were comforable. Breakfasts were huge. Susy was extremely nice and very helpful, offering tips for restaurants and local attractions. We would come back there any time. We would recommend Res. Viviani to anybody including friends and family. Wonderful experience!!

We ordered 2 nights at the Residenza Viviani.
The facility has large B&B (2 rooms) clean and well maintained, located about 2 km from the center of Sorrento (very close and easy to access).
We arrived at night and Susy (the owner) was waiting for us outside to make sure we’ll find the place.
The hospitality was excellent, Susy was very kind, polite and informative, we took the breakfast in the garden and it was rich breakfast.
In the room, there were plenty of snacks and drinks.
