Ótimo custo benefício, ótima localização pois a casa fica perto de lanchonete, depósito de bebidas, padaria entre outras coisas. Bairro super tranquilo. Anfitriã muito atenciosa

Faltou um pouco de cuidado em relação a limpeza pois a casa estava um pouco empoeirada e tinha muito cabelo agarrado no ralo e no tapete do banheiro.
