Clean and tidy apartments. All you need to spend a few days. Good WiFi. Free parking for one car. There is a grocery store nearby. Just a few minutes to the sea. Helpful hosts. Fast communication. You can go on vacation with a pet.
Windows to the inner courtyard, so there may be inconveniences in case of noisier neighbors.

Pros:
-Air conditioning is working in both rooms (you can even warm your room when its chilly)
-There are lots of beds choose from (I've counted 6 possible beds)
-Main beds are comfortable
-There are plenty of wraps and clean sheets
-Host provides: microwave, iron, dishwashing liquid, sponges, dishes, cutlery, pots, cooking oil, kettle, toilet paper (plenty), coffee, tea, salt, spices for cooking, vacuum.
-Fridge is working (however, freezer is NOT).
-Nice view from windows
-The warm water doesn't end/stop after 5 minutes (those from Baltic states will know what I’m talking about).
-Sea is nearby
-Secure car parking
-No contact with the host. Host provides access codes to pick up/leave the keys
-Overall nice, calm and clean place.
Cons:
-Sofas are old and sleeping positions opens spontaneously, which is annoying
-there is ugly lamp right above sofa, in which you will bang your head at least 10 times before repositioning sofa. There is NO excuse, why that lamp is there. I advise host to remove it, cause it doesn't provide neither beauty nor lighting if turned on, just frustration
-I advise against using washing machine on your better clothes due to clothes taking unpleasant odor from the washing machine. Everyday clothes are fine, the odor comes off after a while, but still.
-Fridge doesn’t close completely, so while fridge is working, freezer does NOT, so don’t hold any raw food that requires freezer in that fridge.
-You cannot open any windows in bedroom, so the air gets stuffy.
-Be aware that city tax is excluded from booking, so you have to leave it in cash (1 EURO per person/night, example: 2 persons, 5 nights equals 10 EURO).
