Sehr schöne und gute Lage, fussläufig zur Gondelstation Mayrhofen und ins Ortszentrum (5min). Hinter dem Haus direkter Anschluss an die Wanderwege und den Wald (ideal für Hunde). Sehr netter Vermieter. Mit dem Skibus auch Zell und Hintertux in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Wir hatte die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, 3 Doppelzimmer, ein Einzelzimmer und 3 Bäder, Küche, Wohnzimmer. Alles hat funktioniert, warmes Wasser war immer vorhanden. Heizungen funktionieren (konnten zum Teil nicht reguliert werden). Zentrale Lage und beider Seilbahnen fussläufig erreichbar.
Zwei der Badezimmer sind total renovierungsbedürftig, ein Doppelzimmer inkl. Bad liegt außerhalb der eigentlichen Wohnung. Küchenausstattung ist zusammengewürfelt und teils nutzlos. Sauberkeit teilweise im Haus. Das gesamte Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und es bedarf eine Renovierung. Schwierig Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
