Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung war wirklich schön und tendenziell gut ausgestattet. So würde ich die Wohnung weiter empfehlen, aber erst wieder in ein paar Wochen, wenn die Baustelle fertig ist.
Leider war direkt vor der Unterkunft eine Großbaustelle, so dass man mit dem Auto nicht bis zum Haus fahren konnte, dementsprechend war das ausladen mit Baby und Hund ein ganz schöner Akt. Im laufe der Woche war dann der Gehweg zum Haus komplett aufgerissen, es war kaum machbar mit Kinderwagen etc. das Haus zu verlassen. Leider wurden wir auch im Vorfeld nicht darauf hingewiesen. Einen Morgen keine Heizung und nur kaltes Wasser, an einem anderen Tag Bohrungen im Keller, Spülmaschine kaputt, es war leider der Wurm drin. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war anfangs nicht sehr freundlich, es wurde sich schlussendlich entschuldigt, aber die Situation war wirklich nicht schön, weshalb ich es doch noch mal erwähnen muss.
