Unkomplizierter Kontakt. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe, saubere Zimmer. Nur die Treppe ist für ältere Menschen durchaus eine sportliche Herausforderung.

Ik had de kamer met het hart aan de muur. Fijne warme, stille kamer met lekkere stoel plus hocker, om relaxed te zitten na een etappe van de Eifelsteig. Het koelkastje was ook prettig. Door omstandigheden kreeg ik de dag erop een upgrade, een nog fijnere grote kamer.
Ik had gevraagd om een stille kamer, dat is deze, maar er was geen koffie thee zetter, die bleek bij de kamer aan de straatkant te horen. De wifi werkte niet en het duurde een uur voor ik contact had met iemand om beide problemen op te lossen. Is gelukt via een ander wifi adres en ik kreeg de koffie thee zetter uit de andere kamer. Overigens geen koffie of thee aanvulling gekregen. Er was geen ontbijt mogelijk maar dat wist ik bij boeken. Ik had de indruk dat ik de enige gast was en het bleek ook bij vertrek moeilijk om contact te krijgen.
