Habitaciones en buhardilla sin ascensor y con difícil acceso, una de ellas sin cerradura; baño incómodo y maloliente, colchones y almohadas muy incómodos, nevera y útiles de aseo comunes a varias habitaciones y plantas, no hay parking, limpieza escasa
