Great accommodation for a 4 nights stay: although the touristic area is not very close and it requires a nice 30 minutes stroll to reach Bari Vecchia, there are plenty of facilities around, like, but not limited to: supermarkets, cafes. pizzerias, bus and metro/train stations and a great outdoor area under the bridge of Ponte Adriatico (around 270 meters away or 4 minutes walk) if you plan to remain active. The proximity of a very busy road like via Francesco Crispi has the potential to raise doubts about the level of quietness, but don't be afraid of that, as the position of 70 m off this road is just enough for the noise to attenuate, thus, a very good night's sleep is guaranteed. Beds are really comfy as are all the interior amenities. I would also praise the kindness and welcoming of our host, Domenico, who gave us all necessary guiding and helped us also with an extra blanket on a very short notice. I highly recommend Nitto House, a wise choice for experiencing Bari and the larger region of Puglia.
The area around the building is not the cleanest, well, to say the truth, I didn't particularly like the dog poops left in the streets by the dogs' owners, but that's not at all the property's fault. I shouldn't complaint too much about this, because exactly like this, if not even worse, is the situation in my home city. But even this minor negative aside, Bari remains a fabulous city, I would visit it again any time. It's not a perfect city, but for sure it sticks to your heart forever.

We had a late night flight arriving in Bari, and didn’t want to drive to our final destination in Puglia.
This place was a compromise near the Airport and we could go in to Bari for a day if we chose.
Street Parking was dicey for late arrival. We got lucky with someone leaving after a bar.
The Paid Parking lot was not open.
Everything was done Online for this ‘not quite BnB’, I.e. No breakfast. Follow the detailed instructions provided and you’ll do OK; but you won’t likely meet the owner. Seems to be more common now?
No personal contact for any issues, like Parking. But questions were answered thru WhatsApp.

Quite big room, clean
Very thin walls, I could hear someone else from another room being in a toilet and using water.
Smell of air refresher was too intense, didnt sleep well because of that.
