The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning. The location of the the house is in a quiet neighbourhood. Parking is easy right behind the property.
Gabriele was extremely attentive and always responsive to any need.
The house is pretty very sound-permeable. It didn’t bother me us much though.

The kitchen has literally everything one could need (different kind of coffee makers, waffle machine, sandwich maker etc)
The apartment is very spacious and the rooms nice. The balcony and the AC were a dream.
Since the place is on a steep hill it is advisable to have a car or scooter if you have unfit/disabled people travelling, but if you are able-bodied, the way is completely fine!

The apartment was great. Very well equipped, super clean and had a nice sea view. I think it's run by a real estate company, but the guy greeting us and giving us the keys was nice and on time.
Since we were travelling with a baby there was one huge negative: the building is located on a hill - you can walk up and down to the beach front, no problem, but it's all narrow streets without sidewalks and steep stairs, so it's really difficult and dangerous (cars are racing up and down) to walk with a stroller or even carrying the baby.
The description said free parking, but it actually just means parking on the street or the lot of the other building (I think residents there are not too amused about that), if there is no space, you have to find sth, even down at the beach front.

The view is tremendous.
We enjoyed walking up and down the hill to the town and beach but some people may find it too steep and tiring.
We were happy to have small rucksacks to carry our shopping in.
