We have stayed in two bedroom upstair apartment with terrace. The apparent was spacious, perfectly clean, had Tv and aircon in both bedrooms and living room. Two bathrooms were a big bonus ( we were two adults and two children). Beds were very comfortable as well as sofa in the living room. There is a plenty of space, large dinning table in the living room and another one at the terrace, where is also another smaller sitting area and kids loved using kitchen sitting space for their breakfast. Apartment has everything you need, kitchen has dishwasher and washing machine and plenty of dishes to use. The sun was shining at the large terrace in the morning until like 2pm ( there is a roller blind to cover it if you don’t want too much sunshine) there is also a small balcony on the other side of the house (one of the bedrooms) where is afternoon sun and was great to dry the beach towels. Big bonus is a private parking area in the garden. Location is great, everything is very close, beach is about 5 min walk, a city busy streets even closer. If you want to visit Riccione, this apartment is just right for you. Owner was very nice and left us lovely flowers at the apartment on our arrival.

Appartamentino in ottima posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e da viale Ceccarini, camera con letto comodo e cucina molto ben attrezzata con divano letto, bagno finestrato, bello lo spazio esterno, abbiamo apprezzato la privacy del giardino attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e sdraio, biciclette a disposizione, posto auto nel cortile e tanti consigli utili per ristoranti ed escursioni da Gianluca e Debora molto disponibili e gentili.
Nulla di negativo da segnalare.

Appartamento piano terreno ( 1 camera matrimoniale + 1 divano letto in soggiorno). Cucina con fuochi tradizionali a gas e non a induzione 100 volte meglio. Cucina e in generale l'appartamento forniti di tutto quello che può servire e anche più, con uso bellissimo giardinetto con tavolo e ombrellone circondati dal verde ben tenuto. Per chi conosce Riccione posizione "Top"! Strategico, a piedi 2 min. fermata metro mare Dante, 5 min. viale Dante e 7 min. viale Ceccarini ; titolari veramente bravi, simpatici e ricettivi.
Un consiglio (una critica costruttiva) nel caso di soggiorni diciamo "fuori stagione" o con condizioni climatiche non ottimali sarebbe buona cosa dare in prossimità (anche solo mezza giornata prima) dell'arrivo ospiti un colpetto di riscaldamento. Nel mio caso avevo con me una persona anziana e loro "patiscono" di più le temperature basse - umidità.
