Good breakfast with delicious home made bread and compots available.
Advertised as 20 minutes walk into town but no footpath on a busy road would have made a dangerous walk. Ordered taxi there and back into town. Very little facilities local to the guest house.

A fantastic stay with amazing hosts.
The driveway to the B&B empties onto a fairly busy road with a slight blind curve with vehicles that traveling at speed. A mirror across from the driveway would be helpful.

Angela and Francis are excellent hosts. Great property with outstanding mountain and bay views. Wonderful breakfast with homemade jam and bread. Close to center of Westport, about 1 mile. Enjoyed seeing the sheep grazing in the pasture in the back.

Location was good and breakfast was homemade and fresh.
Getting some grief for getting to the property late (10pm) as we were driving 4 hours from Cork after work. Also check out at 10:30 is way too early. We were barely there 12 hours. We were heading to a wedding at 1pm so had to be ready 3 hours before, would not accommodate even an extra half hour in the room. Also breakfast latest 8:30am way too early when you're spending this much money and want to lie in a bit.
