In the past I have stayed in Westport or down at the Quays. This time we stayed up the hill with a great view of Croagh Patrick in this beautifully built B&B run by Angela and her husband. Time down into the Mall was no more than coming up from the Quays. Excellent breakfasts especially her home made wheaten which we discussed her recipes. Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend it for a stay in Westport and to drive around Achill Island

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was absolutely amazing convenient, scenic, and made it easy to get around and explore the area. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast, which was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options to start the day right.
I was disappointed with my stay overall, mainly due to how the checkout process was handled. Although the booking clearly stated that checkout was at 12:00 PM, there was significant pressure from staff for us to vacate the room by 10:00 AM. This created an unnecessary sense of urgency and made the end of our stay quite stressful. It would be much better if the B&B either honored the advertised checkout time or communicated any changes clearly in advance
