The apartment is very well located and very clean and spacious. The view is very cool and crossing the avenue, you will be on the beach. The parking option helped a lot.
Some basic items were missing from the apartment, such as kitchen cleaning products, soaps, etc. The apartment is only accessible by stairs, no elevator.

Location: beach just across the street, many restaurants and bars in the area, only 20 minutes walk to Chioggia center. Large balcony with seaview. Well equipped kitchen and a washing machine and hairdryer in the bath. All required bedsheets and towels provided. Free WiFi, though one bedroom out of range. Very nice & friendly owner, just not good talking English.
There was nothing really to complain about. The place is not brand new, windows and balcony doors do not close perfectly and easily, but for that price we did not expect a five-star quality. Two more things could be provided to make it perfect: gas sparker and pegs for the drying rack.
